Quick facts:

• The Department issues two types of licences – Certificate of Competency (individuals) and Commercial Operator Licence (business)
• You can apply for a Certificate of Competency once you have successfully completed recognised accredited training with a registered training organisation in the use of agricultural chemicals
• No trainee licence required – trainees must practice under the supervision of a licensed technician.
